About Me

Hi, my name is Emma and I’m a transformative coach, speaker and artist, with a close relationship to dance and 22 years experience of organising events.

I have always been told I have a bubbly personality, and I guess that comes from a real love of being alive.

During my lifetime I have encountered a series of profound challenges. Through these life changing events I have discovered a deep empathy. and developed a diverse mix of coaching and therapy tools, to inspire my clients to step into the most glorious expression of their true selves.

My blend of humour and depth make my coaching abilities unique in both one-to-one and group sessions.

How I came to Coaching

Life-changing experiences

Following a near fatal electrocution when I experienced a Near Death Experience while on holiday in Majorca, I found myself with chronic Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and unable to work as a professional artist.

On that day in August 1993, I chose life…and it did definitely feel like I had a choice, but life was not so easy for some time and the accident changed my course.

I discovered that to dance to loud music and laugh and socialise was very healing for me…and so it seemed natural that I went on to teach dance (later also fitness)…and for 22 years, run a successful line dance club with my life partner Robbie…Organising events and running successful and highly entertaining weekends and holidays in coastal locations… always with the emphasis on fun!

Since that near fatal electrocution, I have come through a series of extreme, life changing experiences that have greatly impacted the way that I am able to see the world.

I have come to a way of being, through diversity, gratitude and the gift of remembering the spark of love that lies within, and connects us all.

I have learned from some of the most transformative teachers of our time, including Robert Holden, Katie Abbott, Russ Hudson, William Bloom, Chris Waters, Bill Cumming, Phil Goddard, Robert Lewis, Hollie Holden, Kirsty Hanly, Anita Morjani, Marianne Williamson Dr David Hamilton and Mooji. As well as taking inspiration from a distance from many, some of my favourites being… Wayne Dyer, Neale Donald Walsch, Byron Katie, Dr Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, Lissa Rankin and Brene Brown. An eclectic mix, with one common thread running through…they are all essentially teachers of LOVE.

“I ask you to consider that the goal of your life is not just to find love; it is to be love. Love is the real work of your life.” Robert Holden, Loveability.

I look back on my life, and I see that everything has happened for a reason, has moulded me, and brought me to a place of deep knowing and empathy, well placed to facilitate others to more fully experience the true joy that is held within us all… To see and be the most glorious expression of our true selves, and, yes, to be the person we were born to be.

What would your life look like if there were no barriers. This is the invitation I am offering you…To Imagine A Life Without Limits.

Barefoot Conversations

Walking barefoot on the sand

I have always had a passion for the sea; the smell; the expansiveness of it all and the freedom that comes for me when I walk barefoot on the sand with the sun on my face…

I love equally the bluster of the winter and the crash of the waves, wrapped up warm and home to an open fire and a mug of steaming hot tea.

I adore the freedom that organic and natural surroundings bring me… The sense that we are all a part of something so much bigger and the true feeling of being and belonging.

But I have now also discovered an amazing gift and that is to be able to feel that same expanse of peace within me even when I am not in that physical space.. Be it a work place or a busy underground train. What’s more I believe that I can give you the tools that will enable you to find that place within you anytime too.

Walking daily has been a big game changer for me. It was a missing link…and has become a spiritual practice. Brings me back to I, and reminds me who I am without the busy, practicalities of life. I walk…every day, without fail, come rain or shine, and I have never once regretted it.

The other thing that keeps me truly connected are my ‘Bare Foot Conversations’ with clients like you, where I am able to hold a space in loving presence… Shine a light and enable you to ‘remember’ the glorious person you have arrived on this earth plane to be.
